Phoenix Commodity Export Pvt. Ltd. is located on the 4th floor of Chanda Plaza, at 13-b Bidhan Sarani. If you’ve spent any time in this part of the city, you know the streets are always humming with people and cars. Being up on the 4th floor gives us a bit of distance from the noise, although the stairs can be a real hassle when the lift is acting up. We deal with exporting various commodities, which involves a lot of phone calls and a mountain of paperwork. Our office isn't one of those fancy places with glass partitions and new carpets. It’s a working space with old desks, plenty of files, and a few computers that have been with us for years. We don't have a big marketing team to write about our vision. We just try to make sure the products get to where they need to go without any trouble at the customs. Some days are slow, but other days we are running around trying to fix shipping errors or late arrivals. The windows are usually a bit dusty, but we get a decent view of the traffic below. We aren't looking to grow into a massive corporation. We’re just a practical group of people doing a job that keeps us busy. It’s nothing glamorous, but it’s how we’ve always done it here at Bidhan Sarani.
