Peerless Hospital & B.K.Roy Research Center

We are out here at 360 Panchasayar, which is the same location as the main hospital but we focus on the research side too. It’s a big operation. You have the clinical parts where the patients are and then the areas where the B.K. Roy Research Center stuff happens. It’s a mix of doctors, nurses, and people looking at data or samples. The atmosphere is a bit different because of the research aspect. There are a lot of meetings and discussions about what we are finding. Still, the core of it is just a hospital. People are coming in for help all day and night. We have a lot of specialized equipment tucked away in different rooms. The hallways are long and always seem to have someone walking quickly down them. We deal with a lot of different cases, some of them pretty complex. It’s a lot of hours and the work can be draining. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy stuff. It is all very functional. The desks are covered in folders and the labs stay busy. We have a cafeteria where everyone grabs a quick bite when they can. It is a place where a lot of different things happen at once. We just try to keep it all coordinated so nothing gets missed. It is a big responsibility and we just take it day by day. There is always more to learn and more people to help as we go.
