Passion Gents Salon

You will find Passion Gents Salon over in Kalindi Housing Estate, specifically at P-130 on the ground floor. We are right near the PNB bank, which makes it easy for people to explain where we are. Laketown in Kolkata 700089 is a nice area, and being inside the housing estate means we get a lot of local residents coming in. It’s a men’s salon, but it’s more like a community spot where guys come to talk about the news or sports. We don’t have any of those vibrating massage chairs or expensive espresso machines. We just have good sharp scissors, some combs, and the same radio playing in the background every day. The ground floor location is handy because people can just park their bikes right outside and come in. We’ve seen kids grow up and start bringing their own kids here for haircuts. It’s a small operation, usually just a couple of us working the chairs. The name "Passion" was something we picked a long time ago, maybe it’s a bit dramatic, but it stuck. We don't have a big sign with neon lights, just a simple board so people know who we are. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the people walking by in the estate. Other days, like before a holiday, it’s non-stop. We just keep our heads down and keep working. It’s a simple life here in Kalindi, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
