Pamper Family Salon

We set up Pamper Family Salon at 5, Silver Arcade on J B S Haldane Avenue. We’re in the Dhapa area, quite close to Science City. Being in a building like Silver Arcade makes it a bit different from a roadside shop, but we still keep things very down-to-earth. We serve families from all over Kolkata - 700105. The shop has enough space for a few people to get their hair done at once. We have some chairs for hair and a small area for other beauty services. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us working together. Most days are steady, with people coming in after they finish their shopping or work. We try to keep the place tidy, but with hair and products, it’s always a work in progress. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't use those loud, aggressive sales tactics. If someone wants a haircut, they get a haircut. We talk to our customers like they’re our friends, which they often are. Sometimes the mall can be busy, but inside our salon, it’s a bit more peaceful. We use standard equipment and keep our tools clean. It’s important to us that people feel they got a fair deal. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change around Science City. We just keep doing our thing every day, making sure everyone who walks through door 5 gets what they need.
