Onicra

We are located at B-6/4 in the Thakurpukur Housing Estate, specifically in Phase II, Kolkata-700104. Working out of a housing estate gives Onicra a very different vibe than if we were in a high-rise downtown. It feels a bit more like being part of a community. The office is basically a converted unit, so it has a kitchen and a bathroom just like a regular flat. We have desks set up in the main rooms and lots of storage for our files. It is a quiet area for the most part, except for when the kids are playing outside in the evenings. We like it here because it is easy to get to and there is a lot of green space around the buildings. Our team is small and we all know each other's families and what everyone likes for lunch. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just wear what is comfortable for the Kolkata heat. We spend our days checking data and making sure all the records are accurate. It is a lot of sitting in front of screens, so we make sure to take breaks and walk around the estate now and then. There is no big fancy lobby, just a doorbell and a friendly face when you walk in. It is a practical way to run things and it suits the way we work.
