Odd Jobs

Our place is called Odd Jobs and we are on the ground floor at 75C Park Street. Being right on Park Street means there is never a dull moment outside. We see everyone walking by from our front window. The space we have isn't massive, but it works for what we need to do. We handle a lot of different tasks, which is why we picked the name. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, while other days are so busy we can't keep up. We have a few chairs for visitors to use while they wait. The tile floor is easy to clean, which is good because a lot of dirt comes in from the street. We don't have a corporate feel at all. It is just a few of us working at our desks. There isn't a front desk person to greet you; you just walk in and we say hello. We have a small back room where we keep our supplies and a kettle for making tea in the afternoon. The noise from the traffic is constant, but after a while, you don't even hear it anymore. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. We like the energy of the Park Street area. Most of the other businesses nearby are small shops or places to eat. We just do our work and try to keep things organized. We are usually here from early morning until the evening.
