We operate out of 5/1A, Paddapukur Lane. It is a relatively quiet spot compared to the main roads of Kolkata, which we actually quite like. Kolkata Dynamic Services Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of us who handle a variety of service tasks that need doing every day. We do not have a massive sign or anything flashy like that. People mostly know us from around the neighborhood or through word of mouth. The office is cozy, though it might feel a bit too small when we have a lot of supplies piled up. It serves its purpose for us. We spend our mornings getting things ready for the day's tasks and checking the schedule. There is always a lot of paperwork to keep track of, and someone is usually brewing a pot of tea in the corner. We try to keep things simple here. We do not use a lot of complicated jargon or corporate talk when we speak to people. If there is a job to do, we just figure out the best way to get it finished and move on to the next one. Sometimes the heavy rain in Kolkata makes it hard to get around, especially in these narrower lanes, but we manage to keep things moving regardless. We have been at this location for a while now and we know the faces of the people who live nearby. It is not a high-pressure environment.
