Our place is up on the third floor of Palace Court on Kyd Street, right near Park Street. It's suit number 17A if you're looking for it. We deal with carpets mostly. It’s a bit of a climb or wait for the lift sometimes, but once you're inside, it's just rolls of floor coverings everywhere. We started this because we knew a lot about rugs and wanted a space of our own. It's not a huge showroom, just a functional space where we keep our samples and the stock we have ready. Park Street is always moving fast, but up here it’s usually quiet enough to think. We spend most of our time talking to people about what kind of wool or patterns they need for their floors. It’s not glamorous work, moving heavy rolls around all day, but it’s what we do. We try to keep a variety of things, from the plain stuff to more detailed designs. Sometimes the lighting in the suite isn't the best, so we often take pieces over to the window to see the real colors. It's a small team here, just a couple of us handling everything from the phones to the packing. We’ve been in this building for a while and know the neighbors. If you're looking for us, just head up to the third floor and follow the hallway. It’s a bit tucked away, but we’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down. We just keep the business running as best as we can.
