O2 Spa

Our location is inside the Novotel Building on the Major Arterial Road. If you know the New Town area of Kolkata, you know how much traffic there is on this road during the day. Being in such a large building means we have a lot of people passing by all the time. The space itself is kept quiet because that is what people expect when they come here. We spend a lot of time making sure the towels are folded and the rooms are ready. It’s a bit different from the smaller shops on the street because the building is very modern and has a lot of security. We see people who are staying at the hotel and also some folks who work in the nearby offices. The 700156 area has changed a lot over the last few years with all these new buildings coming up. We just try to keep a steady pace and handle whatever needs doing. It can get a bit lonely in the back rooms when it’s quiet, but usually, there is enough to keep us busy. We don't really go out for lunch much because the building is so big it takes a while to get out to the street. We just bring our own food and eat in the break area. It is a decent place to work and the air conditioning is usually working well. We focus on the daily tasks and make sure everything is tidy.
