North City Hospital

North City Hospital is located at 73 and 81B in Kolkata, right near the Ultadanga Hudco stop. If you've ever been stuck in traffic at that stop, you've probably seen our building. It's a busy part of the city, and our hospital reflects that. We have people coming and going at all hours. The two buildings, 73 and 81B, keep us on our toes because we’re often moving between them. It’s not the newest place in Kolkata, but it’s functional and we keep it running. The elevators can be a bit slow when everyone is trying to use them at once during visiting hours. We have nurses who have been here since they were young, and they know how to handle the rush. It’s a loud place sometimes, with the sounds of the city coming in through the vents and the constant chatter in the lobby. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the beds, the medicine, and making sure the patients are looked after. Sometimes the tea man comes around and that's the highlight of the afternoon for the staff. It’s just a regular city hospital where we do the best we can with what we have. People come to us because we’re right here in the heart of the action.
