Our office is at 24 Netaji Subhas Road, which is right in the Murgighata area of Bbd Bagh. If you know this part of the city, you know how packed the streets can get. We are in an older building that has been around for a long time. Nischay Properties Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant corporation with a whole floor of a skyscraper. We are just a few people working out of this space in a very busy district. The stairs are a bit steep and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend our time looking at property details and talking to people who are looking for a new place. There is always a lot of noise coming in from the street, with buses and cars constantly moving through Bbd Bagh. It is a very active place to work. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just have a few files open and a phone that rings quite a bit. Being in Murgighata means we are close to a lot of history and a lot of other businesses. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really notice the chaos outside anymore. It is just part of our daily life. We just try to keep things organized and help out the people who come to see us about property.
