Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospitals(Rtiics)

This hospital, often called Rtiics, is situated at 124 Mukundapur, right on the EM Bypass. Being on the bypass means it’s very easy to see but sometimes a bit tricky to turn into because of the fast cars. It’s a big building that handles a lot of traffic every single day. Inside, the atmosphere is usually quite intense because of how busy it gets. The lobby is large, but it still feels full most of the time. We have people coming in from all over the city and even from outside. The elevators are always moving and you’ll see staff in blue or green scrubs everywhere. It’s a multi-story place with different wards on each level. The noise from the bypass is always there in the background, a constant hum of engines. We have a small canteen area where people grab a quick tea or snack. The walls are mostly plain and the lighting is the standard bright hospital type. It’s a place that runs on a tight schedule. We don’t really do anything for show; it’s all about the medical work. The reception desk is usually the busiest spot in the whole building. It’s a major landmark in the Mukundapur area and most people around here know it well. We just try to keep up with the flow of people and manage the paperwork as best as we can every day.
