Nanudadi Properties Private Limited is located on the first floor of 135 Canning Street. We are care of Harshit Dalmia. Canning Street is a legendary spot in the city, always filled with people and traders. Being on the first floor means we are close to the street level but away from the worst of the dust. Our office is where we do all our thinking and planning. We aren't a massive company with a huge budget. We just focus on the properties we have and the people who are interested in them. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in ledgers. Sometimes the building feels its age, but it’s got a lot of history that we appreciate. We spend our days looking at property titles and talking to various people about their real estate needs. It’s not flashy work, but it’s what keeps us going. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to be decent to the people we work with. Most of our day is taken up by the usual business of running a property firm in a busy city. You have to be quick on your feet here. We like the bustle of Canning Street even if it can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. It’s a good place for a business like ours. We just keep our heads down and do our work as best as we can without making any fuss or noise.
