N Y Salon

N Y Salon is located inside the Space Circle Club, which is over by the 700052 area of Kolkata. We are directly opposite the big Haldiram outlet, so if you can find the food, you can find us. It’s an interesting spot because the club has its own vibe, very different from the busy street outside. We get a mix of club members and people who are just passing through the area. The salon itself isn't massive. We’ve set it up to be practical above everything else. We have the usual setup—sinks, chairs, and shelves full of various bottles. We chose the name N Y Salon a while back, but we are about as local as it gets. There is no corporate office telling us what to do. We just come in, check the appointments, and get to work. The view out the window towards Haldiram is always busy, with cars turning in and out all day long. Inside, it’s a bit calmer. We don't do any big promotions or "buy one get one" deals. We just charge a fair price for the work we do. Most of our days are spent listening to the hum of the hair dryers and the chatter of customers. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We aren't trying to be the most famous salon in Kolkata, just a reliable one for the folks who visit Space Circle Club. It’s a steady routine that we’ve grown to enjoy over the years.
