We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People usually find us because they’re looking for someone local who knows the streets. Dealing with real estate in West Bengal involves a lot of documents and waiting on things to clear, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down. It's a steady job. We like the neighborhood, it has a good energy to it. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we’re used to it by now. We just open up the doors every morning and see what the day brings. No big promises or fancy talk, just a local group of people doing their jobs at 36/1A. We might not have the biggest office, but we are here every day.
