Our office for MYTHICAL NIRVANA REALESTATE LLP is located on the second floor of a building at 82/7/N Ballygunge Place. If you know Kolkata, you know this part of town has a lot of history and old buildings mixed with new ones. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, just doing the usual real estate work that needs to be done. It’s a walk-up, nothing too special about the stairs, but it’s where we spend most of our day. The 700019 area is where we focus most of our energy. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group of people who understand how the local market works around here. It can be a lot of back and forth with buyers and sellers, but that is just the job. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just us catching up on files. We don’t use any flashy sales tactics or big slogans. We just tell people what is available and let them decide for themselves. Being based in Ballygunge means we see a lot of different types of properties. It’s a decent place to work from. We keep our paperwork organized and try to make sure things go as smoothly as they can. It is just a regular local business trying to do things right in a busy city like Kolkata. We stay out of the spotlight and just focus on the tasks.
