Musk Gents Parlour

You can find Musk Gents Parlour at P145 in the Kalindi Housing Estate. We are right on the Main Road. It’s a pretty easy place to spot if you are familiar with the Kalindi area in Kolkata 700089. We have been cutting hair and doing shaves here for a while. It’s mostly men from the housing estate who stop by. Sometimes they come in for a quick trim before work or on their way back home. The shop is small but it gets the job done. We have a few chairs and some mirrors. The main road can get quite loud with all the buses and autos going past, but inside it is okay. We like being part of the Kalindi neighborhood. It feels like a small community even though we are in a big city. We start early and close when the last customer leaves. Sometimes that's late, sometimes it's early. We don’t really do anything special, just the usual stuff you expect at a gents parlour. The floor gets covered in hair by the afternoon and we sweep it up. It’s just honest work. The tea stall nearby brings us tea when we have a break. That’s about it for us. We are just here on the main road, doing what we do every single day. If you’re around, you’ll see the sign. It is a blue and white one that we put up years ago and never changed.
