You’ll find MJD Realtors LLP inside the Martin Burn House. We are up on the first floor in Room Number 10. Being on R. N. Mukherji Road means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a historic building with a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up again. We’ve been operating from this office for a while, focusing on the local property market. It’s a busy environment with lots of other businesses nearby. Our office is a bit crowded with files and maps, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time talking to people about leases, sales, and general real estate questions. It’s not always easy, especially when the paperwork starts piling up. We aren't a big corporation with a marketing department. It’s just a small team of us trying to make a living. We like the energy of R. N. Mukherji Road, even if it gets incredibly noisy during the day. Most of our work comes from people who happen to be in the building or those who have heard about us from others. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just tell it like it is. If a deal is good, we say so. If there’s a problem, we try to fix it. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us day after day. We just keep moving and getting things done as they come.
