We are situated at 82/7/N Ballygunge Place on the 2nd floor. Ballygunge is a well-known neighborhood in Kolkata, and it has a certain character that we really like. Our office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a functional space where we handle our property business. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are curious about real estate in this part of town. The 2nd floor location is nice because it’s high enough to be away from some of the street dust but still feels connected to the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out details on our computers. It is not always exciting work, but it needs to be done right. Sometimes we sit on the balcony for a few minutes to get some fresh air between meetings. We don't use any marketing tricks or try to push people into things. We just provide the information we have about the flats and houses nearby. If someone wants to see a place, we grab the keys and head out. Most of our day is spent balancing the paperwork with these visits. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it lets us focus on what is right in front of us without a lot of distractions.
