MEDITRONICS SYSTEM

Our workshop is over at 40/D Bhupen Bose Avenue. It is really close to the Shyambazar Metro, which makes it easy for most of us to get to work in the morning without sitting in too much traffic. Being near the station means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. Meditronics System is just a small place where we handle equipment repairs and testing. The building is a bit older, so it has some character, though the stairs can be a workout if you are carrying heavy boxes up to the floor. We spend most of our time at the workbenches. It gets pretty crowded when we have a lot of stuff coming in at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the systems. It is not a shiny corporate office, just a practical space where we can focus on the technical details. Most of the neighbors know us, and we grab tea from the stall just down the road. It is a busy part of town, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes it is hard to find a quiet moment, but that is just how it goes in this part of the city. We have been here at Bhupen Bose Avenue for a good stretch now and we do not see that changing anytime soon. The front door sticks a bit when it rains.
