Medica Superspecialty Hospital

You will find us at 127 Mukundapur, which is right off the E.M. Bypass. That is a major road, so getting here is not too difficult if you are driving a car or taking a taxi. This hospital is actually quite large. We have a lot of different medical specialties all under one roof. It can be a bit confusing for new people to find their way around the different wings and floors. We have some maps posted, but people still end up getting lost sometimes. The nurses are usually walking around and can point you in the right direction. Since we are located right on the bypass, we end up seeing a lot of emergency cases. The sound of sirens is a very common thing around here. It is a very fast-paced environment to work in. We have several operating theaters and a large intensive care unit for serious cases. The doctors are often specialized in very specific things like heart health or bones. It is a lot for us to manage every day. The maintenance crew works very hard to keep the electricity and everything else running. There is always a lightbulb that needs changing or a floor that needs a good scrub. We have a canteen that serves meals to the staff and the families. It gets very crowded at lunchtime. We have been here for many years.
