We are located way up on the 10th floor at 4 Ganesh Chandra Avenue. Being that high up means we get a bit of a breeze if we open the windows, but usually, we just keep them shut because of the city noise. The office is pretty standard for an export place—lots of folders, computers that are a few years old, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. We handle a lot of shipping documents and talk to people in different time zones, so someone is usually here early or staying late. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making sure the numbers match up on the customs forms. Ganesh Chandra Avenue is a busy place, so getting to work can be a bit of a chore some days. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The lift is usually crowded in the mornings, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't doing anything flashy here; it’s just the daily grind of moving goods from one place to another. We have a few desks pushed together and a small area where we keep the samples. It’s a practical space for practical work. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don’t need to say much to get the job done. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork as it comes in. It’s a bit repetitive but someone has to do it, and we have gotten pretty good at it over the years.
