MBI

MBI is located right on the ground floor of Avantika Apartment. If you know the Teghoria area in Rajarhat, you’ve probably passed by us without even realizing it. We are quite close to the Lokenath Mandir, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being on the ground floor is good because we don't have to deal with stairs when moving things around. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. We have some desks, a couple of chairs for visitors, and plenty of files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the light in the back room is a bit dim, but we manage just fine. Working out of Avantika Apartment feels a bit more like being in a community than a sterile business park. You see the same faces every day, people going to the temple or heading home. We usually get in early before the Rajarhat traffic gets too crazy. MBI isn't about anything fancy. It’s just us working through the lists and making calls. The ground floor spot means we see a lot of what's happening outside. It’s a straightforward place to be. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice, though the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. It's just a regular workspace for regular work.
