We are located in the Everest building at 46/C Chowringhee Road. Our office is up on the 5th floor. Being right on Chowringhee means we are in the middle of everything in Kolkata. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, but we like the energy of the place. MANVI ESTATE MANAGEMENT LLP is a small firm. We focus on looking after properties for owners who don't have the time to do it themselves. This means we deal with everything from leaky pipes to collecting rent. It's not glamorous work, but it needs to be done. We have a modest office space. It’s mostly just files and a few computers. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words. We just talk to our clients and tenants like neighbors. The 700071 area is a prime spot, and we know it well. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers or meeting people at their buildings. Sometimes it’s a bit of a headache when three things break at once, but we manage. We’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the ups and downs. We aren't a big corporation, so when you call, you usually talk to the same person every time. We think that makes a difference. We’re just here to keep things running as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
