We are over at Flat No-202 on A.P.C. Avenue. If you know the Dumdum area, it’s not too hard to find us. It’s an older building, 61 A.P.C. Avenue to be exact, and we’ve been here in Kolkata-30 for quite some time now. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a regular flat turned into a workspace with desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that seem to be getting fuller every year. We spend most of our mornings sorting through paperwork and taking phone calls from locals. Sometimes the fan in the corner makes a bit of a racket, but we got used to it. It’s a busy street outside so there is always some noise from the traffic and the people walking by. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It's just a place where we show up every day to do our jobs. Most of the people who come in are from around here or have heard about us through word of mouth. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what needs to be done. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick tea at the stall nearby when things get too hectic. It's a small team here, so everyone knows what the other person is working on. We don’t really do much advertising, we just stay busy with the work that comes through the door. The building can be a bit chilly in the winter mornings but we just wear sweaters and keep going.
