Maa Manoroma Hair Cutting

My shop is Maa Manoroma Hair Cutting. It is part of Manoroma Kuthi in Aswininagar. We are at H H 8. If you know the 44 bus stand, we are right near there. It’s a good spot because people are always waiting for the bus and they see the shop. I named it after the building and my mother. It’s just a one-room place. I have two chairs and a small bench for people to sit on while they wait. The floor is usually covered in hair because I don't always have time to sweep between every person. Aswininagar is a nice enough place to work. You get to see the whole neighborhood pass by. I’ve been cutting hair since I was young. I learned it from my uncle. I don't use any fancy machines. Just my hands and the tools I've had for a decade. The light inside isn't the best, but I know the angles by now. Sometimes the bus drivers come in for a quick shave when they have a break. We talk about the traffic and the roads. It’s a simple life. I open up early in the morning and stay open until it gets dark. There is no website or anything like that. Just me and the shop. People come in, get their hair done, and go about their day. It’s what I do every day of the week here in 700059. I hope to keep it going for many more years.
