LLL PROPERTIES LLP

Our business, LLL Properties, is located at 289D Darga Road in the Park Circus area. If you’ve ever been to Park Circus, you know how busy it can get. Our office is a small, practical space. We don't have a lot of room, but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need. There are some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of shelves for our documents. We focus on property rentals and sales around this part of Kolkata. It’s a lively neighborhood to be in. We see a lot of different people every day. We usually keep the door open to let in some air, even if it brings in the noise from the street. It’s a very local feel here. We know the guy who sells tea around the corner and the other shopkeepers on Darga Road. We don't use any corporate jargon or have any big meetings about things like that. We just talk to people and try to figure out what kind of place they are looking for. It’s a lot of manual work, checking records and making phone calls. The office can get a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but we give it a sweep every morning. It’s an honest, small-scale operation. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying as long as the neighborhood will have us.
