We are located in the Shubham building on Sarojini Naidu Sarani. Our office is way up on the 10th floor in room 1004. Being that high up gives us a bit of a view of the city, though we are usually too busy with our desks to look out the window much. Sarojini Naidu Sarani is a central spot in Kolkata, so there is always something happening outside. We spend most of our hours here handling real estate transactions and talking to folks about their housing needs. It is a professional enough space, but we keep it pretty informal inside. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most days it is just us in shirts and trousers, working through a pile of documents or making calls to find out if a certain property is still on the market. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for making tea or coffee. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but we manage. We don't have a fancy mission statement; we just show up and do the work that needs to be done. Whether it is a small flat or a bigger office space someone is looking for, we just look through our lists and see what we can find for them.
