LAKSHMI NIWAS REALTY LLP

We've been working out of the Adventz Infinity building for a while now. It's up on the 15th floor, specifically in offices 1503 and 1504. Salt Lake Sector 5 is always busy, and being in Block BN puts us right in the middle of all that activity. Dealing with property around here in North 24 Parganas takes up most of our time. It’s a lot of paperwork and meeting folks who are trying to find a spot to settle or set up shop. The view from the office is alright, but mostly we are focused on the files on our desks and the phone calls that never seem to stop. Lakshmi Niwas Realty LLP isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s just us handling things day by day. People come by the office when they need to talk about real estate matters. We try to keep things straightforward. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, but that’s just how it is in these big towers. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons usually involve some sort of site visit or meeting. It’s a steady pace. West Bengal has its own way of doing business, and we've grown used to the rhythm of Salt Lake. Nothing fancy about how we work, we just show up and get through the tasks. If someone needs to find us, they just head to Plot No. 5. It’s a familiar routine for everyone here and we don't plan on changing it.
