Our office is over at AJ 46 in Salt Lake, Sector-2. If you’ve spent any time in Salt Lake, you know it’s a bit quieter and more organized than other parts of the city. We’ve been set up here for a while now. We handle mostly residential properties in the various blocks of Sector-2 and the surrounding areas. It is a nice place to work, with the trees and the wide roads. We don't go for any of that corporate style you see in the big IT parks. Our office is just a regular room where we meet people and talk about their housing needs. Some people want a ground floor flat because they’re getting older, and others are looking for something near the parks. We listen to what they say and show them what we have on our books. We don't have a huge staff, so when you call, you usually talk to the same person every time. It makes things easier. We know the local rules about property transfers in Salt Lake, which can be a bit specific compared to other places. We try to explain things in plain English so there are no surprises later on. It’s just honest work. We aren't trying to be the most famous realtors in Kolkata, just the ones that the people in Sector-2 can rely on when they need to move or find a new tenant.
