Our place is at Plot No-255 on Canal Street. We’ve been working out of this location for a good while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We added the "Inc." to the name, but we are still just a small team working out of this one office. Most of our day is spent talking to people who want to buy or sell property near the canal or in the surrounding blocks. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of walking around and looking at buildings that need a bit of work. We keep our files in order, but the office definitely has a lived-in feel. We don't bother with fancy brochures or marketing slogans. We think that if you do a decent job for someone, they will tell their cousins or their friends, and that’s how we’ve kept going. Canal Street can be busy, but we like the energy of it. We deal with all sorts of people, from young couples looking for their first apartment to older folks who are downsizing. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a property has issues with the title or needs a lot of repairs, we say so. It saves everyone time in the long run. We are just here to help the process go a little smoother for our neighbors. Nothing complicated about it.
