K.P. Agarwala & Co.

We've been at P-15 Bentinck Street for a while now, up on the second floor. It's a busy part of the city, and the stairs are sometimes a bit much, but we’ve made this space work for us. Most days start with some tea and sorting through the paperwork that piles up. K.P. Agarwala & Co. isn't a fancy setup. It’s just desks, some old filing cabinets, and people who know what they’re doing. You walk in and you’ll likely see the same faces you saw five years ago. We handle things as they come. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but we stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s not about having a shiny office with glass walls. We prefer the wood desks and the familiar smell of the old building. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we just take it in stride. People know where to find us. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. The focus is on the day-to-day stuff that keeps the lights on and the clients satisfied. It’s a straightforward operation here. Nothing complicated or hidden. If you need something, you come up to the second floor and talk to us. We’ve seen the street change a lot over the years, but our spot remains pretty much the same. It’s comfortable. We know the neighbors and the tea stall guy downstairs. It’s just how we do things here.
