You can find us on the first floor at 57, Ganesh Chandra Avenue. This part of town is always on the move. We deal with canteen stuff, mostly kitchen gear and things you'd need to run a food place. It's a trading office, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by the first floor. The building has been here for ages. We don't have a big neon sign or anything. It's just a regular office where we keep track of what comes in and what goes out. Some days it is very quiet, and other days it is a bit of a mess with papers and catalogs everywhere. We have seen a lot of different people come through looking to set up their own kitchens. It is interesting to see what people are planning for their restaurants. We don't do much marketing or try to sell things people don't need. Usually, someone comes in knowing they need a stove or a sink, and we see if we can get it for them. Being on the first floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things slow down in the afternoon. We’ve been part of this trading community for a long time now. It’s just us, working through the list of orders and making sure the gear gets to where it’s supposed to go. We're just trying to keep things running smooth.
