Kohinoor Beauty Saloon(A.C)

Our place is called Kohinoor Beauty Saloon(A.C) and we are located at 213, Bl -B, Laketown, Kolkata - 700089. Being near Dafodill Nursing Home means there is always people moving around outside. We made sure to put in air conditioning because the Kolkata heat can be really bad in the summer months, and nobody wants to get a haircut while they are sweating. It’s not a huge space, but we manage to fit everything in. The chairs are comfortable enough, and we keep the towels clean, which is what matters most. We’ve been in Block B for a while now. Some of the older ladies from the apartments come in regularly for their threads and hair color. We know their kids and their grandkids too. It’s a local kind of vibe here. Sometimes the A.C. hums a bit too loud, but it keeps the room cool, so no one complains much. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a receptionist sitting at a desk. You just come in, see who is free, and we get to work. The mirrors are large and we try to keep them streak-free, though the humidity makes it a constant job. If you are walking past the nursing home and feel like you need to tidy up your look, you can just step inside. We usually have a cricket match on the small TV in the corner if it is a game day and we aren't too busy.
