KISHNI PROPERTIES LLP

We are over at 43/A Tiljala Road. It’s a pretty easy address to remember. Our office for Kishni Properties is a small place right on the street. It’s not a fancy building, just a regular brick and mortar spot. Inside, we’ve got some old wooden furniture and a lot of files. The street outside is always full of life, with people walking and vendors selling things. It can be quite loud, but we like being where the action is. We deal with property issues and help people buy or sell land in this area. It’s a simple business. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have lived in Kolkata for a long time. We know the shortcuts and the different neighborhoods around here. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from their friends. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. We just sit at our desks, drink our tea, and talk to whoever comes through the door. The floor is a bit uneven in places and the paint is peeling a little near the ceiling, but it doesn’t bother us. It’s a comfortable place to work and we’ve been here for years. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help our neighbors with their property needs in a sensible way.
