Kiran Properties

We have been at Chandan Niketan for a while now, up on the fifth floor in unit 508. Theater Road is usually busy, so it is nice to be a bit tucked away in the office here. Kiran Properties is just a small setup really. My brother and I started doing this because people kept asking for help finding flats around here. It isn’t always easy to deal with paperwork or find a place that isn't falling apart. We just try to keep things moving. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and drinking tea while looking at floor plans. If you come by 52A, you'll probably see us sorting through keys or talking to neighbors. We aren't fancy and the office is a bit cluttered with files from over the years. That is just how it is. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but we stay busy. People know us as the local guys who know who is moving out and who is moving in. We don't have a big team or anything. It's just us handling things as they come. It's a living. We know the area well enough by now. If someone needs a spot nearby, we usually have a few ideas of where they should look. That is basically the whole story of how we ended up here on Theater Road.
