KHADIM ESTATE ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is in Kankaria Estate, located at 6 Little Russell Street. We are situated on the fifth floor of the building. It’s a fairly central location in Kolkata. We’ve been here at Khadim Estate Advisors for some time now. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of paper. We do a lot of advisory work regarding land and buildings. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover. We have some mismatched chairs and the walls are filled with city maps and calendars. It gets quite bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We usually have some snacks and tea around mid-afternoon to keep us going. The building itself is quite sturdy and has been here for years. We know the elevator operator and the other people working on our floor. It’s a friendly enough environment. We don’t use any fancy software or big marketing slogans. We just rely on our notes and what we know about the local property market. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, but we enjoy the pace. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but you get used to it. We just try to keep up with the daily tasks and make sure our records are in order. It’s a straightforward business in a good part of town.
