Keratin Zone

We are located at CF-135 in Sector-1, Salt Lake. It’s a fairly easy spot to find because the BSNL office is just nearby. Keratin Zone is basically what the name says, but it’s mostly just a hair shop. We spend a lot of time working with different hair products and heat tools. The air in here usually smells like chemicals and shampoo, which you get used to after a while. It’s a small shop in one of the Salt Lake blocks. We don’t have a lot of space, so we have to keep things very organized. The afternoons can be slow when the sun is hitting the pavement outside, but it picks up in the evening. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just a local business where we know our customers by their faces if not their names. We have some chairs, a few mirrors, and a lot of patience. Dealing with hair takes time, so we end up talking a lot about random things. No one here is putting on an act. We’re just working people trying to do a good job so people come back. It’s not about being the best or anything like that. It’s just about being reliable and being here when the door opens. That’s how we’ve always done it, just taking things as they come.
