Keratin Care

Our shop, Keratin Care, is right on VIP Road. If you know where the VIP Sweets shop is, we are located right beside it, near the Shastri Bagan Sporting Club. The address is Dc-2/13. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic and people passing by all day long. Inside the shop, it’s a lot quieter than the street outside. We do a lot of hair treatments here, mostly focusing on making hair look smoother and easier for people to manage at home. I spend a lot of time standing at the chairs, working through sections of hair one by one. It takes a lot of patience, but that’s the job. People usually find us because of the location; it’s easy to spot when you’re driving or walking toward the club. We have a few mirrors and the usual salon equipment you would expect. It’s a practical space without much decoration. I usually have a tea in the afternoon when there’s a small break between customers. The light in here is pretty good for seeing what I’m doing. It’s just a straightforward business. We see people from all over this part of Kolkata since VIP Road is such a central route. Sometimes people come in asking for directions because we're near the sweets shop. I don't mind helping them. We just keep working and making sure the floor stays swept. It’s a small team of us here.
