KASBA PROPERTIES LLP

We are based in the Light House Cinema Building over at 2 Humayan Place. Our office is up on the third floor. It’s an interesting spot because of the history of the building. People still talk about the movies that used to play here. We’ve got a decent amount of space for our desks and all the paperwork that comes with running Kasba Properties. It’s not a modern glass office building, but it has its own character. Some days the lift works fine and other days you have to take the stairs, which is okay for a bit of exercise. We deal with real estate stuff, mostly around the local neighborhoods. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. It’s just wooden desks and some cupboards for our files. We usually have a lot of tea during the day while we go over contracts or talk to clients. The windows look out over the street and it’s always interesting to see what’s going on down there. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. Most of the other tenants know us by name. It’s a good place to work because it’s right in the middle of everything. We don't have a mission statement or anything, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple way of operating and it works for us.
