JUKI MACHINERY (INDIA) PVT. LTD.

We are located at Ab-1 Prafulla Kanan in the area known as Krishnapur, or Kestopur as most locals call it. Juki Machinery (India) Pvt. Ltd. runs its operations from the ground floor of Tara Maa Apartment. It is a bit of a different setup since we are in a building that looks like a residence, but it works well for what we do. We have enough room to store the machinery and the spare parts that people ask for. Being on the ground floor is a big help when we have to move heavy crates in or out. Kestopur is always a crowded and busy place, with a lot of noise coming from the street. We spend our days talking to people about industrial sewing machines and how to keep them running. It is a subject we know inside and out. Our office is simple, with some desks, shelves full of service manuals, and a few machines for people to look at. We have a small group of people who handle the repairs and the paperwork. Sometimes the traffic outside can be a real problem, but we have learned to live with it over the years. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to make sure that when someone needs a machine or a fix, they get it without any trouble. It is a steady, quiet business in the heart of West Bengal.
