Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj

Our place is located on Jhil Road in the New Land area of Jadavpur. We are quite close to N. K. Pal Boys School, so you often hear the kids outside during their breaks. It’s a lively part of Kolkata to be in. The address is 11/18, and it’s a fairly modest building. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us well enough. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through whatever projects are on the go. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. It’s more of a walk-in-and-say-hello kind of place. The humidity in Kolkata can be tough, so our fans are usually running at full blast most of the year. We try to keep things organized, but with so much going on, there’s usually a stack of files or two that needs sorting. Everyone here just gets on with their tasks. We don’t spend much time on long speeches or big presentations. It’s more about the day-to-day grind. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is the most important part of our afternoon. It’s a humble spot, and we like that it feels lived-in. It’s not perfect, but it’s our space, and it works for what we need to accomplish in Jadavpur every day. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished before heading home in the evening.
