If you head over to 90 Phears Lane, you will find us on the third floor in Room 305. Johnson Modi Capital Llp is right in the thick of a very busy part of town. Phears Lane is always crowded with people, carts, and delivery bikes moving around. It can be quite noisy outside, but we have gotten used to the energy of the place over the years. Our office is not very large, just enough space for our desks and a couple of extra chairs for when people need to sit down. Being on the third floor helps us stay a little bit away from the direct street noise, though the sound of the market still drifts up. We deal with capital and finance stuff, mostly sitting in front of monitors or talking on the phone to get things sorted. The stairs to the third floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you come up. We do not have any big signs with flashing lights or anything like that. It just says 305 on the door. Inside, it is mostly just us working through stacks of files. We do not have a cafeteria, so we usually just grab lunch from one of the local food stalls nearby. The food around here is actually some of the best in the city. We focus on the tasks we have, making sure the records are kept straight and the numbers add up.
