You can find us at 33A Jawaharlal Nehru Road, right in the center of Kolkata. Our office is up on the 17th floor in Room Number 14. This is a very iconic part of the city, often called Chowringhee by the locals. Being in the 700071 area means we are surrounded by some of the most famous landmarks and busiest streets. Getting to our office usually involves waiting for the elevators in a building that is always full of people. We handle property tasks and various real estate matters from this high-rise location. The view from the top is great, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. We don't have a polished corporate atmosphere. It is just a regular office with desks, phones, and people working hard. We deal with both residential and commercial properties all over the city. It can be quite loud and hectic down on the street level, but we have a bit of a quiet space up here to get things done. We spend a lot of time coordinating with clients and checking on property details. We don't bother with fancy brochures or big sales pitches. We just give people the information they need to make their own decisions. It is a lot of daily effort to keep everything organized, but we have been doing it for years now and know the city well.
