We’re located on the ground floor at 14D Ballygunge Circular Road. It’s a pretty well-known street, and we’ve been here for a good long while. The office is tucked away a bit, but once you find the gate, it’s easy. We spend our days working on property deals and making sure all the legal bits are handled correctly. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important to the people we help. We don’t go for any of that high-pressure sales stuff. That’s just not our style. We’d rather just sit down, have a glass of water, and talk through the options. The office is usually a bit cluttered with files and old ledgers, but we know where everything is. Being on the ground floor is nice because we get to see people walking by all day. We’ve lived and worked around Ballygunge for years, so we know the local history pretty well. It helps when someone asks about a specific building or a plot of land nearby. We just try to be useful and keep things moving. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth, which we prefer anyway. It feels more natural that way. We aren't a big corporation, just a local business trying to do right by the people who trust us.
