Indus Aqua Solution is based in the Subhas Nagar Super Market, right on the ground floor in Room No- F 29. If you’re familiar with Dum Dum Cantonment, you probably know the market area. It’s always crowded with people looking for one thing or another. Our shop is a bit small, but we’ve squeezed in everything we need to run things properly. Being in a super market means there’s always something going on outside our door. We deal with water solutions, which means a lot of technical talk and looking at parts. People stop by when they’re doing their weekly shopping or if they’ve had a problem at home that needs fixing. We try to keep the place organized, though with all the tools and components, it can get a bit cluttered. It’s just a regular shop with a counter and some shelves. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. Usually, you’ll just find one of us behind the desk or working on a piece of equipment in the back. The lighting in the market isn't always the best, and it can get hot in the afternoons, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to give everyone a straight answer. It’s a busy, noisy place to work, but being right in the heart of the cantonment area keeps us connected to the neighborhood and the local people.
