You can find us at 1 Mall Road, which is right near the Nager Bazar Flyover in Dum Dum. The flyover is the big landmark around here, and it usually has a lot of traffic passing over it throughout the day. We are located in the Golpark South area of Dum Dum, which is a fairly dense part of the city. Being on Mall Road means we are right in the thick of things. The hospital is a busy place, and because of where we are, we see a lot of people from all over Dum Dum and the surrounding neighborhoods. It’s not a quiet, tucked-away clinic; it’s a full hospital where there is always some kind of activity. You can hear the sounds of the street and the flyover even from inside the building sometimes. The layout is pretty straightforward, with the different departments clearly marked so people can find their way. We focus on the practical side of running a hospital, like keeping the beds ready and the equipment in working order. The staff here is used to the fast pace and the noise of the Nager Bazar area. We don't have a lot of polished brochures or corporate talk. We are just a local hospital on Mall Road doing our best to handle the daily influx of patients. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but it’s home for us.
