At Il Fs Investsmart Ltd, we spend our days handling the regular chores of the business. It’s a standard apartment setup converted into an office, so it feels a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. We’ve got our desks pushed together and there’s always a fan running to keep the Kolkata humidity at bay. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. It’s more about having a place to sit and get the numbers right. The neighborhood is full of small shops and residential blocks, so it feels very grounded.
