Humrahi Foot Wear

We are located down at 3 Nawab Badruddin Street, right in the heart of the Chittaranjan Avenue area. If you know where Krishna Cinema is, you won't have a hard time finding us. The street is always busy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out and about in Kolkata. We’ve got shoes piled up in boxes and displayed on the racks. It’s a bit cramped in here sometimes because we try to fit a lot of stock into the space we have. You’ll find sandals, formal shoes, and things for kids too. I’ve been working here for quite some time, and I’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The fan in the corner hums all day to keep us cool, though it doesn't always do much when the humidity is high. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or people catching a movie at the cinema who happen to walk past. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that, we just open the shutters and wait for people to come in. Sometimes the stock is a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical shop. We talk to the neighbors and keep an eye on the street. If you need some footwear that lasts, this is the place. It’s just how things are on Nawab Badruddin Street, busy and a little bit dusty, but we like it here.
