If you come down to Kasba Industrial Estate, Phase 1, you’ll find us at S/8/2. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a good bit now. It’s a busy industrial zone, and there’s always a bit of a rush in the mornings. We work with shoes and materials, so there’s a specific smell of glue and leather that hangs around the place. You get used to it after five minutes. The workers here are mostly from the local neighborhood or just a short bus ride away. We have rows of machines and cutting tables that take up most of the space. It’s not a quiet environment. There’s always some clicking or humming going on. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we make things. Sometimes we run into delays with supplies or a machine breaks down, but that’s just part of the daily routine. We manage it as it comes. The office is tucked away in a corner with a couple of old desks and a computer that’s seen better days. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the orders get out on time. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the stitching or sorting through boxes. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it long enough to know the shortcuts and the pitfalls. It isn't always easy, but we keep going.
